It’s always refreshing when, as often as I am on the tail end of things, I go ahead and beat someone to the punch. For example, in April I wrote about the Dark Underworld of Raw Milk Trafficking.
This month, Reason TV notes that maybe you should be able to eat what you want:
You “do not have a fundamental right to obtain any food you wish,” but you have a right to my property to pay for your health care.
You “do not have a fundamental right to obtain any food you wish,” but you have a right to cross the border illegally and become a citizen.
You “do not have a fundamental right to obtain any food you wish,” but you do have a right to loot people without kids to fund elementary schools.
