Using Obama Logic to Illustrate the Success of the Bush Presidency

The George Bush presidency was an incredible success.

It’s easy for me to make that claim because I don’t need facts. I just need a dab of Obama logic.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Do anything. For instance, you could implement a massive stimulus plan.
  2. Watch it fail to produce the results you promised.
  3. Double down and preach about how successful it is because of how bad it could have been if you did nothing.

It really is that easy.

9/11? Horrible. But think if Bush did nothing.

Iraq War? What would have happened if Bush did nothing? Saddam could be king of Iraqarabia now.

Katrina? Heckuva job, Bush! The response wasn’t the best, but if he did nothing…wow. It could have been a lot worse.

See, anything the liberals complained about during the Bush Administration are of zero consequence because it would have been a lot worse if Bush did nothing.

When the left says, “If Bush did nothing in the Iraq war, there’d be no Iraq war and that would be great,” simply ask them to prove it would be great.

They can’t because they don’t know. If they persist, just keep repeating, “It could have been worse” until they either accept the premise or give up.

The Bush presidency did exactly what was needed and was a success. It could have been a lot worse.

So, America didn't win the world cup, and that's a big win for us because it would have been so much worse if we HAD won. Interesting…

I like this Liberal "logic". It doesn't make any damn sense, but at least when you use it you never have to accept any responsibility when you screw up.
