Two bartenders at Jimmy’s Old Town Tavern went to work July 24 and performed some tricks for their customers, the same tricks they had performed for 13 years.
They juggled a bit and did some fire-breathing. Nothing unusual. Like I said, they had been doing this tricks since they started working at the bar.
But that night, rather than close the bar, they went to jail, were chraged with three felonies and are looking at 45 years. What are the charges?
Fairfax County fire investigators charged Tegee Rogers, 33, of Herndon, and Justin Fedorchak, 39, of Manassas, with manufacturing an explosive device, setting a fire capable of spreading, and burning or destroying a meeting house. They also were charged with several state fire code misdemeanors.
They took flammable alcohol, spit it out towards a flame and that equates to “manufacturing an explosive device?”
What is going on in this country?
