Front Page Magazine recently ran an article called 300,000 Supporters of Suicide Attacks in America.
twenty-six percent of Muslims between the ages of eighteen and twenty-nine affirmed that there could be justification in some (unspecified) circumstances for suicide bombing, and five percent of all the Muslims surveyed said that they had a favorable view of Al-Qaeda. Given the Pew Center’s estimate of 2.35 million Muslims in America, and the total of thirteen percent that avowed a belief that suicide bombings could ever be justified, that’s over 300,000 supporters of suicide attacks. And 117,500 supporters of Al-Qaeda.
This is a staggering number. 300,000 Muslims in the United States support suicide attacks. That’s about as many people as live in Bakersfield California. The more important number is the 117,500 Muslims who admitted to being supporters of Al-Qaeda. You can be sure that most American Muslims who are down with Al-Qaeda aren’t going to admit it to some stranger taking a poll.
According to the CIA World Factbook, Muslims make up about 1% of the total population of the United States, which works out to just over three million. So according to this poll, about 10% of the Muslim population admit to being supporters of Al-Qaeda. Considering the amount of money and influence coming to the United States from Saudi Arabia, which is dedicated to establishing global Islamic law, it’s probably safe to say that 10% is a low figure.
Hundreds of Islamic centers in the United States have become a hot-bed of extremist activity; they promote violence, terrorism and hatred against America.
“… there are between 400 to 500 radical Islamic centers in the U.S.,†said David Gaubatz, the director of counterintelligence and counterterrorism for the Society of Americans for National Existence. “In those places, they preach an extreme version of Islam that says America and the West is the enemy. They espouse violence, hatred and the need for terrorism.†[source]
Muslims continue to pour into the country, both legally and illegally. Can the government agencies charged with preventing terrorist acts in our country possibly keep track of even the one hundred and seventeen thousand admitted supporters of Al-Qaeda? Not a chance.
Radical Islam is at war with the United States and the West. And we’ve allowed them to integrate right into our society. The results of this report should have been broadcast on every possible news outlet. When it was mentioned, the story was that the majority of Muslims in America don’t support Al-Qaeda. While this might be technically true, 117,500 supporters of the enemy living amounts to nothing less than a Fifth Column of Islam.
