The government just wont let the military do it's job and combat evil with an original offensive similar to ALL the other ways of fighting wars throughout the beginning of time. If they would let them fight and conduct the way they see fit both militarily and politcally without corruption, peace would be a lot closer. The troop surge is sufficient.
