Today we’re going to start a new series of posts titled “American History”. This will be an occasional and long-running series highlighting a moment of the history of our great nation.

The first installment is the inauguration of Ronald Reagan in 1981. The clip is from NBC News coverage of the event, and is 52 minutes long.
