		<description>You know the law against public smoking is NOT about protecting other people when lawmakers are seeking to ban e-cigarettes, where no tobacco is involved, no smoke, just water vapor, just nicotine (like a &#039;smokable&#039; patch.. I find nanny-laws esp. offensive and creates an atmosphere where we no longer respect authority as we intrinsically know they are wrong.

We also know the laws are not about protecting the public when making yellow lights longer would save lives (the effect of longer yellow light is fewer accidents)  and (or should that be &#039;but&#039;) less tickets being written. Shortening the yellow light time created the opposite: mire accidents/more tickets/less public safety. How do you think the lights are set? To generate more revenue.</description>
