Why Isn’t This a Capital Offense?

If there were ever a good reason to strap someone down and fill their body with drugs designed to end their pitiful, ugly life, this is it:

A Massachusetts woman and her boyfriend both pleaded guilty to federal charges for posting pornographic photos of the woman’s 8-year-old daughter online.

D’Andrea was arrested in December 2004 after state child welfare officials received an anonymous tip that a girl was being abused. Jordan, a trucker, was arrested later in Michigan.

The couple allegedly photographed Jordan having sex with the girl then posted the pictures online. No trial date has been set.

Trial? No trial necessary. They plead guilty. They need to give up the ghost.
