RALEIGH — Republican presidential hopeful Fred Thompson is the most popular GOP candidate for 2008 in North Carolina, a state that historically votes for Republicans in the presidential race. That’s according to the Public Policy Polling’s latest primary tracking poll.
Everyone knows Fred is getting in the race. He needs to pull the trigger on this campaign and get his message out there.Â
