How many times do the facts contradict what Obama says in this video? Enough to sway those on the fence?

For reference, here’s the debate where George Stephanopolis asks Obama to explain his relationship, and he categorizes him as a “guy in his neighborhood” who he “knows,” but “doesn’t exchange ideas from on a regular basis.”

CNN says different.
