Karl Rove, the evil genius behind the Bush White House (or so the left would have us believe) has announced his resignation. Effective August 31, he will no longer work for Dubya:
“I just think it’s time,” Mr. Rove said in the interview. “There’s always something that can keep you here, and as much as I’d like to be here, I’ve got to do this for the sake of my family.” Mr. Rove and his wife have a home in Ingram, Texas, and a son who attends college in nearby San Antonio.
I’m sure we will see him again. Oh, not employed at the White House, but in one of many Congressional investigations trying to get to the bottom of some non-issue.
