All American Blogger congratulates Barack Obama on making history as being elected the first black President of the United States. The American people have made their choice, and we hope Obama will surprise us and govern from the center.
We are not, however, going to be intoxicated with a vague hope as so many Americans seem to have become. Our mission from this point forward is to keep Obama and the Democrats under scrutiny. The “mainstream” media showed an incredible lack of integrity and courage in their election coverage during the Obama / McCain face off. We can’t count on them for our news any longer.
So congratulations to Mr. Obama on his historic achievement. We salute your accomplishment in breaking a barrier. But we’re going to be watching, and we’re going to be digging, and we’re going to be sharing what we find with everybody. We believe Obama to be a Marxist, and we are concerned about what someone like him will do as President. Please prove us wrong, Mr. Obama.
