The New York Police Department has released a study they did on the threat of homegrown Islamic terrorism. They found out that it is dangerous.
NEW YORK — People in the U.S. who quietly band together and adopt radical ways — not just established overseas terrorist groups such as Al Qaeda — pose a serious threat to America’s security, a new police analysis has concluded.
Who knew?
I wonder how much New York spent on this brain buster. They concluded that local law enforcement is best suited in dealing with this threat, which after watching years of movies featuring conflict between the cops and the feds (Die Hard comes to mind), makes me wonder about that finding. I would think that a comprehensive approach of local, state and federal would be best. After all, it is a national security issue along with a state and local issue. But, what do I know? I mean, I didn’t do a study to see if homegrown terrorists were a threat.
The liberals would have us believe that this is a power play by the NYPD, that they are just trying to scare us. After all, these are just Keystone terrorists, clowns who couldn’t find their ass with both hands. The man just wants to keep the sheep scared. The real terrorists are in the White House.
Or it could be just a matter of time before a group pulls one off and people die. Then the left will be blaming Bush for either not stopping the attack, or being behind it. They have covered all the bases in moonbattery.
