The Las Vegas Sun is reporting that Gov. Gibbons thinks another special legislative session may be needed to make more cuts to the state budget (the regular session convenes in February 2009).
Over the summer Gibbons directed agencies to submit budgets that were 14% lower than current limits; now that may not be enough.
