In Wisconsin, a 17-year-old boy was killed when a car ran a stop sign and hit the car he and two of his friends were sitting in. The car that hit them then drove off, leaving the kids to die. Turns out, the driver was drunk and, wait for it…..here illegally.
Eddie Carbajal-Lile, whose last known address is 220 Martin Lane, Apt. 2, is charged with hit and run resulting in death, a felony charge that carries penalties of up to 15 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
Authorities say he ran a stop sign in the Town of Lima and hit a car with three teenagers inside, injuring two and killing Paul B. Watry, 17, of Port Washington.
Capt. Dave Adams of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department said investigators believe Carbajal-Lile — an illegal immigrant — may attempt to flee the country. A warrant for his arrest was issued with the criminal complaint Thursday night.
Seventeen years old. Dead. This didn’t need to happen. And now, this guy is probably trying to get out of the country. Remember this smiling face when you hear they are just law abiding people, doing jobs Americans won’t do. Or when Geraldo screams that this isn’t about immigration. Remember that another kid is dead because the border is unsecured.
How many more people, how many more kids, have to die before the government does what a majority of the people are screaming for them to do?
