At noon today, I gave away Grover Norquist’s book “Leave Us Alone: Getting the Government’s Hands Off Our Money, Our Guns, Our Lives” on Twitter. I did it in celebration of hitting the 1000 follower milestone. I asked my followers a very simple question:
For the book, tell me this: What is the name of my blog? That’s it. 2 simple.
There were quite a few replies right away, but there said “American Blogger” or something like that. That was close, but the correct answer was fired off shortly after.
@jimmiebjr (go ahead and follow him, then come back and finish this post) was the first to tell me that “All American Blogger” was the name of my blog, and he wins the book. Because I had so much fun giving this away, I have decided to start giving more stuff away on Twitter. I don’t know how often, but if I can get donations, I’ll do it as often as I can.
