Would it not then behoove people to join unions then if they are guaranteed a higher wage and work place protections?
As we have seen with the current health care legislation the Unions went to bat for their members to make sure they were not going to burdened with additional costs till I believe 2015.
I have worked for minimum wage, I have worked in an office and as a non-union tech in a manufacturing plant, you can take it to the bank when I say that once I am done with trade school (retraining to a profession that has a future) I will be a union man.
