When the news broke about the AIG bonuses, it was nothing more than an opportunity for liberals. They had a chance to further their agenda by taking the situation and using it to fan the flames of populism. Look at the way the talking head liberals feigned outrage over the "scandal," even when they helped create it.
The American Issues Project has created a fantastic ad showing the duplicity of the left concerning these bonuses:
The message is great. But the call to action is weak. Text "Enough" to the American Issues Project? No, they need to give the number to the Congressional switchboard, tell them to call their Senator or Congressman and join the American Issues Project.
Sending a text makes this seem less like an indictment of the liberal overlords and more like a sales pitch.
But like I said, the message is great. Wish the masses knew the truth told in this ad.
