Volohk Conspiracy: “Is ObamaCare Constitutional?”

Jonathan Adler over at The Volohk Conspiracy is tackling the question, “Is ObamaCare Constitutional.” It a long post, full of references to cases, some of which I can actually recognize, but it’s a good read if you are a Constitutional thinker.

They have some great commenters over there as well. Make sure to read on into them, as they ask and answer some great questions about the matter.

    That’s what happens when educated people get over-excited about the Commerce Clause. The Constitutionality of the FEDERAL Health Care Reform Bill has nothing to do with the Commerce Clauses at all.
