Jonathan Adler over at The Volohk Conspiracy is tackling the question, “Is ObamaCare Constitutional.” It a long post, full of references to cases, some of which I can actually recognize, but it’s a good read if you are a Constitutional thinker.
They have some great commenters over there as well. Make sure to read on into them, as they ask and answer some great questions about the matter.
