As Governor, Ag Secretary, and as Senator, Johanns has been mostly seen- and- not -heard. It seems that now he has gained the political confidence to speak up. Next thing we know, he may be yelling something like, "You lie!" in a joint session. Just kidding. I am proud of our guy. This may be remembered as one of the best things that a farm-boy from Nebraska has done in his political career.
