		<description>I was down there about 9 months after the hurricane.  It looked more like a 3rd world country&#039;s housing area than that of the USA.  There were 15 of us or so from Nebraska Christian College, and we were only there for a week.  Before rebuilding could take place, the houses need to be COMPLETELY gutted; that was our job.  You wouldn&#039;t think that people would be so happy to let kids from Nebraska come in and &quot;destroy&quot; their house, but that was part of the rebuilding process.  The ones closer to the levies had 6&quot; or more of mud as carpet.</description>
