That is evil. He should give his life in trade. A chi-mo takes a life and tortures it for an entire lifetime. He then does the same to others over and over and over and over. Many times he only serves a few years before he recitivates. There is no death that is too horrible for someone who does this. If it were possible to put the suffering of a lifetime onto these animals, that should be the punishment. Otherwise, lethal injection would be just fine. A murderer takes a life. That is evil.
