I don’t know what art school or requirements are needed for the police department in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, but one thing is for sure: They follow the KISS method:

It is being compared to the scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz” and amazingly has worked to catch a killer by Bolivian police.

Police were able to use the image (above) to help track down two people involved in the murder of a taxi driver from the city of Santa Cruz, who was stabbed 11 times and set on fire in March.

They caught the killer with this sketch. I want to see that episode of CSI: Bolivia.
