Looks like the Mayor is holding the President up so the Admiral can wind him up again. Happens every couple of days or so.

He has gotten so used to bowing to foreign leaders it’s become a knee jerk reaction for him……..unless he thinks Tampa is a foreign country. Probably the latter…………
