An All American Dies: Inventor of the Frisbee, Dead at 90

Everyone has thrown a frisbee. It’s one of the all-american toys. Its inventor, Frederick Morrison, died Tuesday. He was 90:

Utah House Rep. Kay McIff, an attorney who represented Morrison in a royalties case, says Morrison died at his home in Monroe, Utah, on Tuesday. McIff is from Richfield, Morrison’s original hometown.

Rest in peace, Mr. Morrison, knowing that your toy will go on entertaining both children and adults for years.
